Evelyn Howard, President of Howard & Associates, specializes in market feasibility analysis and positioning. Her firm’s studies have been submitted for financing to Fannie Mae, real estate syndication firms, mortgage banking firms, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regional Offices, State Housing Finance Agencies, Lloyds of London, Citigroup, Standard & Poors, among many others. Ms. Howard spent more than 10 years at the Congressional Research Service, the primary research arm of the U.S. Congress, as a senior research analyst in healthcare, social services, and housing. She is the former director of senior housing at CohnReznick CPA. She has served on the Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee’s Washington, DC Regional Office for over twenty years, has been on its Executive Board, and has served as its Vice President. Ms. Howard holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and an M.A. from George Washington University, and has taken MBA coursework in finance at America University.
