Tracie S. Pough is a Partner with Ballard Partners Lobbying Firm in Washington, DC. She is a strategic and seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of legislative, political, non-profit, and private sector experience.
Prior to joining Ballard, Tracie served for 19 years as Chief of Staff to U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and a total of 22 years on Capitol Hill. During her tenure with Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz, Tracie was instrumental in developing legislation to create Jewish American Heritage Month as well as working to establish the Black/Jewish Caucus.
Tracie began her career the Florida House of Representatives where she learned the fundamentals of the legislative process and procedures.
